10 km puissance 4 - Coureur 1 (10 km), coureur 2 (6 km), coureur 3 (4 km) et coureur 4 (2 km)
10 km puissance 4 Handisport - relais libre 400 m

Retrait des dossards :

Le samedi 29/03 au magasin Foulées Niort de 14h à 18h puis le dimanche au stade Espinassou à partir de 8h30 jusqu'à 9h45.

Vestiaires et douches seront à disposition au stade Espinassou

Un ravitaillement sera prévu à l'arrivée.
