A trail between roads and paths, for trail runners who want to work on their endurance before an ultra-trail, but also for trail runners who want to take off with friends for a 2-day tour of the 3 Cités de Caractères in the Pays de Coevrons.

This loop takes in the characterful towns of Sainte-Suzanne, Saint Pierre and Saulges, not far from the Sarthe, another trail area. It's a route where you can take your time to discover the modern yet authentic countryside of the Mayenne, with sections that can be very wet and muddy depending on the weather. You'll need to be mentally strong to go all the way and physically committed.
