Ce circuit grimpe jusqu’à Notre-Dame de la Roche par le chemin de Fomblaise par une montée technique, mais dont la vue au sommet récompensera les efforts. Il rejoint ensuite par le Mont Chevrier pour atteindre la Chapelle de Bel Air surplombant la ville de Tarare par une descente pentue. Départ : parking du cinéma à Tarare.
