A route that will give you height and a panoramic view of the agglomeration and its surroundings when you cross the ridges that separate the communes of Saint Martin and Prahecq. There will be air in your lungs don't forget to breathe! An easy trail route despite this ridge passage. It is on it will motivate more than one budding trailer!

Bonus at the start of the course a space with weight machines in the open air and accessible to all audiences. A real plus for doing a PPG session at the start of this course!
