Même départ que le parcours « Le Moulin du Sorp » jusqu’à Chartrier Ferrière. Ensuite il pénètre dans la forêt de Couzages en suivant l’ancienne voie romaine. A partir des ruines du château de Couzages, le parcours reprend le circuit « Le Château de Couzage » jusqu’au retour à la base nautique.
