Course with a simple profile adapted to initiation in Nordic walking with a departure from the Office de tourisme de Lumbres in town before joining the nature trail after about 800 m.
After a succession of undergrowth without particular difficulty, you will find a "high obstacle clearance" workshop and a "cardio" workshop on a wide road in perfect condition before turning around halfway.
You will find the loop at km 4.3 for the common return to the Lumbres Tourist Office.
