ExploreRoute VERT n°20 from the Chalet Nordique Pré Loubet in Puy Saint Vincent.
Access on foot from Puy-Saint-Vincent 1600 or 1800. If you have a cross-country or downhill ski pass, you can take the Prés chairlift (Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400) to reach the Nordic chalet more quickly.
Follow the Trail Station markers and the snowshoe route markers.
This is a lovely introductory loop starting from the Nordic chalet. The first part in the larch forest is uphill, and the track is already made. Then, at the level of the Lauzet plateau, access to the Lac des Hermès on the right is more difficult but not compulsory. The final section is a pleasant descent through a more open landscape, with a breathtaking view of the Tête d'aval, one of the region's top climbing spots.
This route is also ideal for snowshoe trekking!
This is an area where several activities coexist: trail running, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mushing, etc. Please respect each other's practices!
