ExploreOur dairy cows graze all around the farm and produce milk, which we then transform into cheese.
Matured, dry, fresh, creamy cow's milk cheeses are our speciality. We produce 'coeur cendré' cheese, fromage frais, cream, butter, natural yoghurt and fruit yoghurt, tomme cheeses, with or without added flavours, 'cervelle des canut' cheese spread (speciality of Lyon), strong cheeses, seasonal specialities (e.g. 'fromage aux gènes').
Products available to purchase from the farm every day from 8am to 12pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm, except Sundays.
Market stall: Lyon, Place Carnot on Wednesday afternoons - Tarare: Saturday mornings from 8am to 12:30pm.
