Located in the department of Ain, Nantua is rich in natural resources. Between Lake Nantua and Lake Sylans, via the Balmes Caves or the Cerdon Caves, you have something to recharge your batteries during your stay!

A stage of the Tour de France in 2017, Nantua is a city with a very special charm. It developed around the Lake (located at an altitude of 472m) which today gives a splendid view of the Lake and the valley. Moreover, you will certainly not be able to miss the exceptional Viaduct overlooking the village!

Nantua, a territory that was the scene of major resistance actions during the Second World War, has opened a Museum of Resistance in the heart of the city.

Nantua is a city rich in cultural and natural heritage. It is also very active and offers a certain quality of life to its inhabitants.
