A veritable garden at the gateway to Tournon, the large woods offer a secluded interlude from the urban hustle and bustle of the valley.
It has to be earned first, with the climb to Gouye leaving no respite. But the view from the summit is well worth the detour. You'll then plunge into the Tuillière valley. Refreshing, its steady ascent offers a perfect alternative for summer mornings. At the tipping point towards the valley, you'll once again be treated to panoramic views, right in the heart of the St Joseph vineyards. The playful descent is the perfect finishing touch to this little jaunt.
