Departing from Parthenay, this 5.5 km loop will allow you to discover the practice of trail running with different path characteristics, single tracks on dirt paths, wide paths, stairs to go up and down as well as small steep in town.

In addition to the discovery of the practice, this route which alternates between paths along the Thouet and passage into town will allow you to discover the medieval district of Parthenay with its half-timbered houses, fortified gates and ramparts.
