Description
Departing from the Church of Lhoumois, you set off for a 10 km route with an easy level of difficulty.
This course is aimed at beginner trail runners in the progression phase who are ready to move to a higher level of difficulty.
You mainly move on wide paths and sections of road, you will encounter numerous single passages where the footing will require concentration and agility.
This route will take you to the Forge à Fer on the banks of the Thouet, a high place of historical interest.
