A little bit of tarmac for 1 km to reach the old slate quarries of H. Go up a steep and technical path (see fartlek loop) to reach the summit.

Very pleasant single track downhill in an oak forest. Cross the road and the second part of the descent is very technical in the rocks to reach the Antrogne stream which flows into the Semois at this point. Ideal picnic area on the banks of the Semois and opposite the old Prieuré de Conques.

Cross the small wooden bridge over the stream, climb the wooden steps and follow the path up the entire Antrogne stream.

Enter the deep forest called Pré Picard, you reach the nature reserve of Epioux. Go back down to "Les Maleûs" by a wide path leading you to the edge of the Semois. Return via a single track along the Semois to the campsite.

From the campsite, climb up the slope on a very steep path to reach the ravel line at the viaduct. Return to the reception station.

It is essential that we respect the work of the farmers, other operators and owners who welcome us to their land:

In order to prevent the herds from escaping, close all the electric fences and do not damage them!

Also, do not disturb the herds, greet people with a friendly "hello", and of course take back all your rubbish! Don't cut routes through the meadows, don't pick at them either!
